says have virus need to download mcrosoft anti virus keeps poping up,and control panel access locked says see administator.have used system 6 mechanic %26amp;norton .says no

Sounds like you got a vicious one... Have you tried Spybot S%26amp;D? Might be kinda useful... And if you need to do a clean install of the system... Unless you could do a system restore? System restore might be able to set you up to where your machine is stable and you can do required maintenance on it
