Click it and see if the buttons come up. If it is at the bottom of the screen, try scrolling it. If this does not work, try downloading ccleaner.exe and select the tools option. I do not think you can form Control Panel. It usually means something happened to the program. To remove it download a program called ccleaner form here. http://www.ccleaner.com/.
Then after installing click on tools. Go to the program and click uninstall. If that does not work download http://www.revouninstaller.com/.
try going to the program in C(or whatever drive your programs are on) and searching for uninstall program there. it might take time, but if you really want to uninstall it, you can try it
go to control panel in start menu,find open programs, find the program you want ro uninstall,or delete, click on it,look at your tool bar at the top, and choose your option
