Ok I have been wanting to lose weight since FOREVER, i am sick and tired of being so fat. I weigh 170 and i am 5,0. Ok well this summer i lost 5 pounds and 2 jean sizes. (i was size 14 now im 12) but Im still huge no guys like me and plus im not only fat but im also ugly! omg im sick and tired of everything! well anyways recently i have been wanting to eat healthy and no more junk food but i have no self control like seriously! help me not think of food? what helps you? i tried chewing gum but then i get so hungry for sweet things like cookies or stuff like that!

I once heard someone say when you are thinking of eating bad food just think to yourself ';what is this going to do to for me and my body?';. When i am about to eat like a cookie or candy i think that to myself and it helps. When you go to the store fill your cart up with healthy stuff, no junk. If you feel tempted to buy any try to avoid those isles or go shop at a health food store. There is good food out there that tastes amazing and is also healthy. I have the same problem sadly,
Its kind of hard to change.
1. start by getting sweet fruits.
2. remeber you just can't sop eating just just cut down.
3. Excersice!!,
4. after awhile on sweet fruits start with vegies.
Instead of steak eat chicken
Instead of chips eat backed potato
Instead of candy bar eat kashi bars (surprisingly they are YUMMY)
Instead of gum mouthwash reguarly so that you won't eat cause minty breath.

In your case you are having trouble sticking to a diet right? RIGHT.
What you need to do is get a calender and plan out some health breakfast/lunch/dinners for every day. Also plan out days for exercise not every day but i would say almost every other day. Avoid drinking Alcholol.
