I eat way to much. I work out almost everyday, but cant lose weight because of how i eat.
I eat alot of salty junk...
i just convince myself that it doesnt matter and it wont hurt for me to have one piece of cake, or some fries
but i always regret it so much afterwards...
Sometimes i even think about just throwing it up...
but its hard because my mom buys alot of junk....and i have no self control

Your basically malnutritioned because you eat junk food so your body is always trying to get good food and hoping that you will stick some in your mouth. You need veggies, complex carbs and protein and fruit... your mind it self medicating to make it feel better.I have no self-control over eating!!!?
Try putting a really bad picture of yourself on the refrigerator and wherever else the junk food is. Make sure it's a picture of you at your heaviest weight. In the same spot(s), put a really pretty picture of yourself up from when you were at a lower weight and you thought you looked amazing. If you don't have a REALLY good picture of yourself, try finding a picture of a friend or actress that will inspire you.
It's really hard fighting the cravings, especially when there is a lot of junk food in the house. Perhaps you could talk your Mom into not buying the bad food or atleast keeping it in her bedroom (or a seperate fridge in the garage) so that you don't have to see it everytime you want a snack.
Make sure you have lots of healthy options laying around isntead, like fresh fruit and veggies. The 100 calorie packs are awesome too!
unfortunately there is no better solution than self control ,believe me when i tell you that it is easier than you think to drop the junk food, my mom buys tons of it and i realize if she won't stop buying it i just ask her to hide it as best as possible, after some time also your body realizes that it doesn't need the sugar rush anymore and you lose interest in it, fact is that only you can stop yourself from eating it, I myself have struggled with eating it, just try to do something to keep your mind away from thinking about eating junk food, ie. every time you get the urge ,grab a bag of mini carrots and munch on those for a bit or even water, drinking water will fill you up and you can lose the urge hope this helped somewhat :)
My mom buys a lot of junk too, but I eat healthy and avoid those fattening junk foods.
You need will and determination to get healthy, something that can inspire you to give you the will power to stay away from junk foods.
Maybe you know that being healthy will help you in the long run, maybe you want to get healthy so you look more attractive to other people, etc.
Anything that might make you happy.
Take almost all of the junk food you own away, an whenever you feel the need to eat something bad for you, grab a substitue that tastes just as good, but is healthy.
There's plenty.
And btw, this is just a food idea, but it's really easy and amazingly good when your hungry and want junk food.

They cook in like 7 minutes and are the best thing ever, if you get the right kinds.
I have the exact same problem and I understand how tough it is! What I try to do is write out a daily meal plan for myself including all healthy foods and I try my hardest to stick to it. It would be nice if you could ask your mom to maybe stop buying the junk for a while because you're trying to get healthy, but I understand if she doesn't go for it, my parents wouldn't.
Have healthy snacks handy like veggies and dip, fruit, fat free yogurt, rice cakes etc.
Save one day of the week where you can splurge and eat some of your favourite junk foods to treat yourself.
u can control yurself by saying do i need it or want it. Need is like i am going to die if i don't. Want is just a want. Just walk away and find something else to do. Call someone if u feel like yur going to eat it and tell them to get u to stop eating it. Just walk away. U can also reward yurself with something like earring or something little when u do a good job. E-mail me if u need help.
Only you can control yourself. I totally understand you and sympathize with you because I go through the same drama. My husband buys junk food and brings it home, sometimes he will put chocolate on my mouth so I can eat it. It's really hard. But at least you do work out, it's a great thing! Try cutting out some extra things, for example, cut the fries for the first week. Then gradually you will notice improvements. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water. Sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst, our brains send mixed up signals which we interpret as hunger. You can do it! Put up a fight!!
I was told today that when you are always hungry, it just means you're growing. So there is probably nothing to worry about. Ask your mom to buy healthier food, because you want to eat healthier. I hope she understands...And
NEVER make your self throw up. i hear it can become habit and lead to terrible diseases
1) tell your mom to stop buying junk! if she buys for your siblings, tell her to put it away from your eyes.
2) Whenever you are craving junk, get a drink or eat somethign low fat.
Fruits are always good...try having an appl eor orange once in a while...
lolz... i hab the same problem, buh i dont really have junk food at my house....i heard that you can just chew/eat slowly, so you can digest the food while eating less or sumthing like that, and youll be full faster....i think
I had the same problem as you! I said to myself u are what u eat. So now i really say to myself STOP!!! whenever i even think to eat something i shouldnt Fries are the worst!!! You have to really stay committed....Make a promise to yourself.
You should go on a diet based on the glycemic index. When you eat things high in sugar, you feel more hungry in about 30 minutes.
If you start eating healthy for a while then when you eat junk food it will make you feel sick and not want to eat that junk anymore
STOP EATING TOO MUCH. TRY EATING APPLES WHEN YOU HAVE CRAVING.
If you like salty foods, try carrots w/ a bit of Morton lite salt. If you crave sweets eat fruit, grapefruit esp. for fat burning.
If you want to stop bad enough you will. It's all about how bad you want something.
throw away all the junk food
you say that you regret it afterwards, so each time you're going to eat unhealthy food, just think about how your going to feel after.think about the consequences.
when you eat junk, don't think of it as short-term happiness, think of it as long-term happiness.(think of how it will affect you i the long run)
but remember, it's okay to pig out and have junk food ONCE IN A WHILE.
