3 day fast + no self control?

im going on a three day fast....but i need help on how to stop eating for a bit. i have no self control at all when it comes to food. ive tried it before. i only made it until the evening of the second day. then i ate a ton. help?3 day fast + no self control?

Keep your mind on the prize that you want to have.





Just keep your mind off of food, and sleep a lot so you don't think about it a lot. Just keep yourself occupied, and leave yourself no boredom time to think or feel hunger for food.





But remember your slowly eating yourself away if you fast it!


But not in a short time like 3 days or more, more like 3 or so months.





But that's probably some of my best advice I could give you.
If you've tried fasting and ended up binging on food before the fast was over, maybe you should try something else. Some people just can't fast (including myself) and it doesn't mean you are ';weak';. One way of ';fasting'; without starving yourself is only eating raw fruits and vegetables, it is easier to do and you have less of a chance binging when you get the chance or get really hungry all of a sudden.
Firstly, stop doing 3 day fasts. Secondly, rather than starving yourself, why not just eat less when you do it? That will help you slowly move your calorie intake down. Eating a small meal/snack ever 3 hours is a good way to keep yourself from stuffing your face because you'll never get too hungry.

What's the purpose of the fast? IF you're trying to lose weight, there's better ways...just cut all of your portions in half...and exercise.
