so i had a baby in april, started my period like normal and had the mirena birth control put in in the middle of June. I bled on and off for like the rest of june and stopped. I have not gotten my period again after this. is that normal? im also very bloated and i feel like im gaining a lot of weight and i think it may be from not getting it. i called the doctors but i cant get ahold of any one till monday. anyone else have this problem or know what it could be? thanks!Birth control and no period?
Yes, this can be normal because of trying to adjust to using the Mirena. Also, it can sometimes cause the periods to be light (found out about this in the commercial for the product).
