Its official, i have no self control.?

i have finally gotten to the point where i can go all day without junk food, eating limmited amounts of healthy food, only when hungry. however when nighttime comes around i get all jittery and paranoid, because i feel like i almost NEED sugary foods, like cake or icecream. i think i may also be becoming bulemic =[ in the last week i have made my self throw up 3 times after eating to much junk food. i feel great while eating it but after i regret it and feel fat for eating it, my stomach hurts and i get mad at myself for letting my problem control my actions. if my mom wasnt home i would probly by throwing up the cake and icecream i just ate =[ at first i told my self, ';ill just see what its like'; the second time ';two times cant hurt, its been a couple days, ill be fine'; the third time ';eew i need to get this food out of me NOW, i cant wait till i get home so i can throw it up'; this is getting more serious then i planned. i think i can stop, but i need help, before it becomes a habbit.Its official, i have no self control.?
It's official. From this message on forget about what people on this or any website tell you to do regarding this dangerous medical condition.





Go see your doctor and tell him/her the entire truth. If you have the guts and I know it could be tough.....tell your parents and make them come with you to the doctor. My guess one or both of your parents will gladly go...even i they are divorced. You are still their child.





Thinking that you can stop is denial. You recognize (which is a good 1st start) that you need help but do you believe it? Your actions say differently.





Don't wait, don't delay...do it now.

Don't blame yourself so much by saying you don't have any self control. My best friend and I who are also roommates seem to do the same thing. Our theory for right now is if we can just get the sugar out of our system for a few days then maybe we won't be so addicted to sugar. I don't know the real answer but that is what we are going to try. I also have a doc appt. in a few days and I'm going to get advice about it.
you need proffesional help NOW!!! its already becoming a habit. Talk to your mom,this is serious!
If you think you can stop then stop, if you can't stop seek professional help before its to late. You can cause all kinds of problems from the acid you vomit or uncontrolled gag reflex that happens you least expect it, Stop and Stop Now before it stops you dead in your tracks

I would love to help you... But the only way I could do that would be to take you out, buy you a sandwich, and make sure you didn't throw it up! My girl friend had the same problem!


P.S: You may be addicted to High Fructose Corn Syrup
Don't beat yourself up.....If you lose control...stop and then start all over again....After all, you are only human...
try to stay off the junk food just FORCE yourself!!but NEVER EVER make yourself sick like the are you STUPID????????????no matter how harmless you think it is IT WILL START A PROBLEM belive me!!
Don't keep food around that you shouldn't be eating. It's actually best to eat alot of small healthy snacks and not eat traditional meals at all. By doing this, you won't get hungry at night and crave high sugar foods. Eating often increases your metabolism and causes your body to not store fat.
