2004 Ford f150 Lariat Climate control got wet from rain, no longer working, any advice?

HAVE YOU CHECKED THE FUSES ?-----WHEN IT GOT WET IT MIGHT HAVE SHORTED OUT AND THAT BLOWS THE FUSE .
