Could anybody say for sure that no birth control methods do this?

I am concerned that the birth control pills or medicinal methods used (other than the IUD or day after pill) can cause a miscarriage of a fertalized egg in the uterus. Do the hormones really prevent the fertalization or does it mostly prevent that but also make the uterus uninhabitable to the egg?

My stand on pro-life is so strong that I would rather not take any chances on any medications without knowing for sure what they do or don't do. I would rather not take the hormones and know for sure that I'm not killing any unborn children. Can anybody really say for sure?Could anybody say for sure that no birth control methods do this?
the pill does make the uterus uninhabitable for the embryo, so yes you are killing the baby. There are many more risks involved with taking the pill they don't tell you about, one is fibroids. I took the pill for 2 yrs and now have a fibroid from it. Now i can't get pregnant because of it - don't risk it if you want to have children later.

If you really want to use birth control use a condom or practice the Billing method.
