First of all don't get panic and don't get shy, share it with others and let others help you reminding you going to toilet after some regular interval. Set small time durations like 2 hours and then increase it. This is effective if you have a habitual problem. If you have physiological problem, consult a doctor immediately and discuss your problem in details.
