How old are you? That could be a lot of thing. Which extermeties? Your arms and legs? I just had a friend experienceing that who was 39 and diagnosed with MS. That is the age for that though. Or it could be a back problem but definetly something with the nerves!
Typically it's a circulation problem due to tense muscles. For example, lots of people carry stress tension in their shoulders and when they get too tight, they'll cut off circulation to your arms and cause some pretty intense pain and numbness. I recommend getting a deep tissue massage.
it may be a pinched nerve. what gose numb? is it numb or a tingly sentation?Is there pain before or after? seriously lackin info here. Could be other reasons. need more info.
