I was due my period on Friday. I changed from Ortho Cyclen to Yasmine. I still have not started and I'm almost through with my sugar pills. I took a preg. test yesterday and it said no. I'm confused. Is it possible I'm just missing a period. I've been regular (on birth control) for 10 years and never over 1 day late.Changed birth Control; Now no period?
This is common when you switch birth controls, especially if you've been taking one for an extended time period. Your body probably just hasn't gotten used to the hormones of the new pill. During the next month look out for spotting and you'll more than likely get your period next month. Hope I helped!
